Thank you for visiting my website. This site is my showcase portfolio of my works. I made this website to meet employers who want my potencial talent. I am honestly not really a programming person yet, but I'm skilled to design artistic graphics and websites. I leaned quite a bit for the web and graphic from industry experienced teachers in Santa Barbara City College.
Drawings
I took Drawing, Design, and Figure Drawing class. I used to learn art till high school in Japan, but the way we learned art in classes in Santa Barbara City College was very different from one in Japan. I was very satisfied with those art classes, and my art skills and the knowledge improved, significantly. This page shows my works of art from those classes.
Illustrator
This Page shows my privous projects of Illusrator from Digital Art Tools & Techniques, and Photoshop Class (We had a project that we had to use both Photoshop and Illustrator in Photoshop Class.) I especially enjoyed creating logos for fictional companies.
Photoshop
Photoshop is my favourite tool. I am always facinated and amazed by the potencial power of Photoshop. I first learned Photoshop in an adult eduction school in the summer 2001, and I noticed I needed the knowledge and understanding of art before I actually start learning Photoshop. Therefore, I took art classes, and after completing some art classes, I started studying Photoshop again. Now, I can make much better works by Photoshop because of my backgroud of the art.
Flash
Flash is getting replaced with gif animation due to its much smaller size and potentiality. When you browse on the net, you would see lots of ads done by Flash. I understand the importance of Flash in these days. There are lots of things to learn in Flash, especially action script. I took Web Design II class that we mainly learned Flash from motion tween to fancy action script. In this page, there are some Flash animations using motion tween, shape tween, mask, internal and external movie clips, sound, and simle acton script.
Web Sites
There are my personal and project-baded websites' interfaces and those explanatons. Most of websites in this page are from HTML class. HTML webmaster class was a project-based class; we made several websites. We also learned some languages in HTML webmaster class such as, XHTML, XML, WML, and VRML. I am sure that those experience will help me to self-learn a new language in the future. I'm going to learn for Java next.
